The Friday night August 2nd 2024 dance/party will be held at the Indian American Cultural Center located at 8605 Merrillville Road, Merrillville Indiana 46410. Cost for cash bar, Hors d’oeuvres, and hall rental is $1,950.

We will have a DJ for our Friday night dance/party and for our Saturday picnic. Brother Aundre “Two Ton” Jackson of the EGP4L family will be our DJ. Total cost for both days is $200.

The Saturday August 3rd 2024 picnic will be held at Hidden Lake Park located at 6355 Broadway, Merrillville Indiana 46410. We were able to secure shelter #1 this year. This is the best shelter in the park. It’s closest to the restrooms, playground and beach/sand area. It also has the most shade trees. Due to our expected number of guest and proximity to shelter #2, the administration required us to also rent shelter #2 in addition to shelter #1. The total cost for both shelters is $260.

Having a website is almost a must. Especially when it comes to tracking t-shirt orders. The cost of the EGP4LIFE internet domain name, cost for time spent developing the website, accepting various forms of payment, and continuous maintenance and changes to the website will be handled by EGP4L brother Lucius Allen for a total cost of $90.
